Rock the Villages Tour: community gigs with Filthy Rocks

Experience one of Wagga’s most promising young bands at a hall near you!

Thanks to Wagga Wagga City Council, Eastern Riverina Arts presents Rock the Villages: a mini-tour of Filthy Rocks!

The band will bring their punchy (and family-friendly) rock to the community halls at Ladysmith and Uranquinty in late April and late May, featuring supporting act Connor Hodges. A chance to enjoy live music with the community and get a pre-winter kick from these young rockers. The Uranquinty concert will be recorded live to build up the band’s media ahead of an expected NSW tour.

About Filthy Rocks

Filthy Rocks is Ryan Pickering, John Fletcher and Connor Hodges. Filthy Rocks is loud, crunchy and effortless fun throwing back to the best of 90s alt-grunge. Emerging on the Wagga live music scene at Fitz Fest two years ago, the trio have given as much energy and enthusiasm to their professional development as they do performing onstage. They have released four singles on Spotify/Apple Music, played iconic venues like the Tote in Melbourne and the Kingstreet Nightclub in Newcastle, gone viral on Tik Tok with one video racking up over 1.7 million views, and they have ambitions to headline their own NSW tour this year.
