Eastern Riverina Arts’ Country Arts Support Program (CASP) program is now open! There is a total of $34,000 up for grabs for artists, groups, collectives or companies.
Individuals can apply for up to $750 for the realisation of artistic outcomes or professional development and groups can apply for $4000 for original creative projects or collaborations.

fourW thirty-three
fourW - annual anthology of new writing is one of Australia's longest running annual anthologies of new poetry and prose from Australian and international writers. Published each November, and launched in Wagga Wagga and Sydney, the Booranga Literary Prizes are valued at a total of $1000 and are awarded annually in November at the launch of Booranga’s anthology of new writing, fourW.
Each Booranga Prize is $500 and will be awarded to the works selected as the best poem and best short story received during the submission period. Winning entries are published in fourW, along with other new writing.

Corner Store Gallery Reigonal Landscapes Prize
The bi-annual Corner Store Gallery Regional Landscape Prize aims to foster established and emerging creative talent in regional Australia, and will showcase regional, rural and outback Australia in all its brilliant and beautiful glory.
There are two prizes up for grabs:

Major Prize: $5000 cash prize, courtesy of Source Architects, and the opportunity to join our stable of artists, awarded to the overall winner of the competition.
- Artists Residency: A two-week residency, at Quest Orange in 2023, to complete a body of work inspired by the Orange landscape.

National Capital Art Prize
The annual National Capital Art Prize is the first Australia-wide competition for artworks of any subject.
- Open Prize valued at $15,000
- First Nations Prize for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists valued at $15,000
- Sustainability Prize valued at $15,000
In addition to cash prizes, finalists will have their work on display online during the judging process and in-situ during the public exhibition in Canberra. Prize winners in the Open, First Nations and Sustainability will receive the opportunity for a solo or joint exhibition of their works following the competition.

Mandala Workshop Series - 6 Week Program
Join Maryanne Gray in an explorative art therapy process in which you design your own mandala that represents the lens through which you see the world. You will discover your own symbology through visualisation, journaling and dreamwork techniques.

Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up!
NAIDOC Art Exhibition on now at Tumut Visitors Centre, NSW National Parks.
The exhibition features works by Wiradjuri woman Trish Whitburn and Wiradjuri and Walgalu man Shane Herrington.
Trish's work is contemporary, using vibrant colours and traditional symbols to create stories that provoke discussion.
Shane is a knowledge holder and teacher of traditional cultural practices. He uses many techniques, including art, to tell stories of ceremony, lore and country, continuing the traditions of his ancestors.
The Old Butter Factory, Adelong Road, Tumut from now through to end of July. Open 7 days 9am to 5pm.

Am I Black Enough for You? 10 Years On
Ten years on, what does it mean to be Aboriginal? Why is Australia so obsessed with notions of identity? Anita Heiss, successful Wiradyuri author of Am I Black Enough For? will be in conversation with Aunty Cheryl Penrith about this heartfelt and revealing memoir and her most recent novel Bila Yarrudhangglangdhuray.

Peter J Casey plus Open Mic
Peter J Casey has worked professionally in musical theatre and cabaret for more than thirty years, as a musician, writer, and performer. He was the winner of the Sydney Cabaret Convention in 1999, after which he co-wrote and performed several one-man cabaret shows including Closes on Saturday Night, Renaissance Bloke and I Am Sick to Death of Hearing About the Weimar Republic, the last of which earned a Green Room Award nomination for Best Original Songs.

Riverina Camerata in Cootamundra & Wagga Wagga
Join some of Australia’s top string players who regularly attend the Riverina Summer School for Strings in Wagga each January for a winter’s night of wonderful chamber music.
Camerata will be lead by violinist Susan Collins and conducted by QSO’s Principal Conductor Johannes Fritzsch, with the Brahms including international concert pianist Andreas Boyde.
