These suites are part of Eastern Riverina Arts Creative Industries Incubator program, which provides below-market tenancies to creatives and creative organisations. Tenants will receive advice and support from ERA and our partners, and have the opportunity to participate in networking and showcase events at the Ambulance Station.
Creative Office Suite tenancies are priced below market rents to support creative businesses as they grow and expand.
Pricing: Starting from $880 (incl GST) per calendar month, paid one month in advance on date of occupancy, and on the same day of every calendar month thereafter. Discounted rates apply to emerging and early career practitioners.
Operational Notes
Our Creative Office Suites adjoin the Ambo Gallery, a working exhibition and event space. While we instruct users of this space to keep noise to a minimum between 10am and 4pm, we can’t rule out that occasional disturbance may occur.
Each Creative Office Suite is lockable, the contents of your office are not covered by Eastern Riverina Arts’ office insurance policy. Please exercise due diligence in insuring your belongings.
The Station is managed by Eastern Riverina Arts.
