Eastern Riverina Arts is seeking to commission new work for an upcoming group show at the Ambo Gallery in March 2024. This exhibition, titled “The C Word: Craft in response to gender and representation” invites local female artists who work in craft and design to respond to the marginalisation of craft through new work that seeks to explore craft’s longstanding association with the feminine.

Do you work in the live music industry and are passionate about the future of the live music scene? You’re invited to take part in CreateNSW State of the Scene survey of the live music industry. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is anonymous, with no identifying questions.
CreateNSW want to know what barriers and opportunities you see for the industry, and how it can be supported to increase its social and cultural impact. | | TEDxWagga WaggaThe very first TEDxWagga Wagga will take place this Saturday at the CSU Playhouse. The theme for the event, ‘a dance of ideas’, takes its inspiration from the Wiradyuri meaning of Wagga Wagga, ‘a place of dance and celebration’. You’ll hear from eight speakers whose talks range from the fascinating to the downright controversial.
