‘The Edge’ is a two year skills development project for young people (aged 13 -17 & 18-25) living in the small rural communities of Tumut and Cootamundra who worked with contemporary photographer Tamara Dean. Over 2016-17, the workshop phase, the young people learned various photographic techniques while working with Tamara to document their interactions in natural sites of recreation. The results of this learning and experimenting were exhibited at the 2017 Wired Open Day and in The Links Gallery at Wagga Wagga Art Gallery during June-July 2018.

This project was facilitated by The Wired Lab of Muttama, NSW. Read more on their website here.
