The weave represents the intrinsic cultural, spiritual and familial bonds that connect our family, both to ourselves, our culture and to the Dreamtime.

The strength of the weave illustrates that despite the tests we go through in life and the loss of one of our siblings, we will forever be connected.

Ngay dhiiyaan (my family) is so important to me and I attempted ton convey the strength of Aboriginal families using this weave, particularly the strength and bonds that are the basis of so much of our culture.
