Small Grants for Local Arts Projects: The 2013 Country Arts Support Program Opens
Applications are now open for the The State Government’s Country Arts Support Program (CASP). This funding is to provide small grants to arts and community organisations in regional NSW for locally initiated projects.
CASP grants are for small amounts of money - typically $500 to $1500 - and are available primarily to cover professional artist’s fees, travel and accommodation.
Some of the projects funded in the past have included drumming workshops in West Wyalong, touring theatre shows across the Eastern Riverina Arts region, artist-in-residence programs in Coolamon and Wagga plus performances from internationally acclaimed musicians in Cootamundra.
Applications will close on 2 October 2012 for projects taking place after 1 January 2013.
If you have an idea for a project please contact Scott Howie at Eastern Riverina Arts to discuss your application.
CASP applications can be accessed from the Regional Arts NSW website
