Closing out winter in the Window Gallery is Wagga Wagga ceramicist, Cassandra Pomroy.
“An Unlikely Bushranger” is a re-imagining of the life of Captain Moonlite and his companion, James Nesbitt.
On her practice, Cassandra said, “I’ve been playing with clay since I was a wee lass growing up in Urunga, on the north coast of NSW. Clay is my friend. For the most part, we understand each other. I can push it, pull it, punch it and make it into something I love. I love the technical side as well as the creative side of ceramics.”
