Julie has been an Eastern Riverina Arts board member since 2004. Julie is the principal of JBMS Consulting, Julie holds a degree in Business, an MBA in International Business, an Honours Degree in Law and a Master of Laws. She has worked with business and government for twenty years, initially as Manager of the Wagga Wagga Chamber of Commerce, then as Executive Officer of the Wagga Wagga Business Enterprise Centre.
Julie established JBMS Consulting in 1996, the firm specialises in corporate and strategic planning, community and economic development projects and business planning. Since September of 1997 JBMS Consulting has provided CEO services to the Riverina Eastern Regional Organisation of Councils (REROC). The Riverina Eastern Regional Organisation of Councils (REROC) is a voluntary association of fifteen local government bodies located in the eastern Riverina region of NSW.
Since 2006 Julie has worked as a consultant lawyer with O'Halloran Deal Lawyers in Wagga Wagga where her specialist areas of expertise are water resources law, environment and planning law, employment law and local government.
 

 Andrew Robbins - Vice Chairman and Treasurer (Temora delegate)

Andrew has been an Eastern Riverina Arts board member since 2007. Andrew is the Manager of Community and Commercial Strategies at the Temora Shire Council. His career began as a Naval Officer and then as a Director in the family building and ceramics businesses. From 1976 to 2002 he was a professional potter and retail businessman; becoming the Chairman of Tourism in Dubbo, a Director of the Dubbo City Development Corporation and Vice-Chairman of the Dubbo Regional Gallery Board. Andrew holds an MBA and Post-Graduate qualifications in Mediation, he strongly believes in the value of art and culture in Government Economic and Community development policies and he still loves making pottery.

Sarah has been an Eastern Riverina Arts board member since 2011. Sarah is an artist and freelance curator. Born and raised in SW Riverina, Sarah has been producing site specific cross media projects in rural NSW for the past 10 years. She was a member of the Wagga Space Program (2000-2006), and more recently a founding member of The WIRED Lab, near Cootamundra.
Sarah’s practice conveys a sustained interest in the ways in which people access and experience art, consequently her projects utilise unconventional non-institutional contexts to challenge preconceived notions of art and the spaces in which it exists.
Currently a Phd candidate with QUT, Sarah has also consulted for various arts and community organisations, and acted as a peer for Australia Council.


 Adele Casey (Bland delegate)

Adele has been an Eastern Riverina Arts board member since 2012. Adele currently holds the position of Director Community and Development Services with Bland Shire Council where she has worked for the last 13 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Librarianship, Graduate Certificate in Accounting and Financial Management and is currently completing a Diploma in Management.
Adele is committed to Arts and Culture within the Bland Shire and Riverina as a whole and believes Council’s structure, committee’s and grants programs are instrumental in providing opportunities for the community.

Connie (Constance) has been an Eastern Riverina Arts board member since 2007. Connie formed the Harden Murrumburrah Arts Council 19 years ago and is the President of the organisation which is based in the local Court House. In her capacity as President Connie has organised 18 art exhibitions and poets dinners in collaboration with the events committee, co-ordinated many varied workshops for adults and children, put on musical performances and acquired an excellent piano for the Arts Council.

 Tracie Miller (Wagga Wagga delegate)

Tracie has been an Eastern Riverina Arts board member since 2012. Tracie is the Cultural Officer at Wagga Wagga City Council. Tracie completed her BA (Art History & Criticism) from the University of Western Sydney, focusing her career on arts management. She has managed several museums for the Historic Houses Trust in Sydney as well working with the artist in residence program, events and public programs at the Bundanon Trust on the South Coast of NSW. During her time at Bundanon, Tracie had the privilege to work with Australia’s finest established and emerging artists in the visual arts and new media, performing arts, writers and thinkers.


Ursula Jones (Lockhart delegate)
 
Ursula has been an Eastern Riverina Arts board member since 2011. Ursula is the Tourism & Economic Development Officer for Lockhart Shire Council. Born in South Australia, her career began in Retail and Marketing Management and she has toured Canada and the USA in that role. With a keen interest in the performing arts Ursula is passionate about the current and future role the arts play in the tourism industry within the Riverina and regional NSW.  Lockhart Shire recognises the value of the arts and offers a $10,000 acquisition prize for The National Farm Art Awards held in conjunction with the annual Spirit of the Land Festival in Lockhart.
